Looking to help your child or teen connect better with others, build friendships, and thrive socially? Our PEERS social skills groups, led by UCLA certified professionals, are designed to do exactly that. Sessions are available in person, on Zoom, or in a hybrid format and use proven methods like video modeling, real-world practice, and group discussions to teach essential social skills in a fun and supportive environment.
For Preschoolers
Children learn to take turns, share, follow directions, and make early friendships through playful and engaging activities that support their emotional growth.
For Adolescents and Teens
Teens gain tools to communicate clearly, manage peer pressure, resolve conflicts, and form lasting friendships. Particpate in fourteen interactive sessions that build confidence and readiness for social success in the school year ahead.
For Young Adults with a Focus on Dating and Relationships
Participants explore how to form and maintain romantic relationships, understand nonverbal cues, set boundaries, and build confidence in dating scenarios.
