Our Services Include:

• Facilitating pre-IEP planning sessions with families to build confidence and clarity 
• Helping families track service implementation and monitor progress reporting 
• Reviewing IEPs or 504 Plans for legal compliance, clarity, and educational appropriateness 
• Supporting transition planning for students moving between grade levels or post-secondary programs 
• Collaborating with private providers (e.g., therapists, evaluators) to ensure alignment with school supports 
• Educating families on the differences between IDEA and Section 504 to ensure appropriate protections 
• Coaching parents on effective advocacy strategies during school meetings 
• Providing written summaries after meetings to clarify decisions and next steps 
• Offering ongoing case management support for complex situations 
• Assisting with early intervention services and IFSP (Individualized Family Service Plan) transitions
